For all returns for 'change of mind' or sizing change we provide exchange or a full credit note (excluding shipping costs) Please contact He and Her within 7 days of receiving product. Please note that delivery is calculated on average 3 days for order shipment date.

Change of mind and sizing changes will be sent back to He and Her at customer’s expense and should be unworn, have original tags and packing & be accompanied by purchase receipt. All change of mind or sizing change products are to be received back from customer within 14 days of original delivery date.

Upon receipt back of these goods, if the product is deemed to meet the above standards by the He and Her team, will endeavor to change over product (where there is stock and sizing availability) or issue a credit note for the same value as the returned product(s).

Sale items are not valid for exchange or refund. If a full prices item has a promotional code applied to it, this does not qualify it as a sale item.

He and Her reserve the right to refuse exchange or credit note if the above terms are not met. 



If you have received a product that you believe is faulty, please contact the He and Her team and provide the following:

1. Describe the fault with the product

2. Indicate whether you would like a refund or exchange

3. Provide proof of purchase

4. Stop using the product as soon as you notice the fault

5. Send the product in question back to He and Her. Once the product has been received back by He and Her the postage price will be refunded to you (note: Postage to be sent via Australia Post Parcel post service and tracking number provided once package is sent - if returns are sent via courier for your own convenience, only the standard parcel post cost ($7.60 - $15) will be refunded back to you.

If you choose to exchange your product, we will gladly cover the postage cost (sent to the same original order address) to get your new product out to you.

Products are not deemed faulty until they have been received and reviewed by our Quality Control department.  We reserve the right to withhold a full refund if we believe the goods have been miss-used or not used in the manner that they were designed for. Please allow 5 business days from receipt of goods for Quality Control to process your claim.



Whilst He and Her makes every attempt to ensure the availability of online stock is correct, sometimes an item shown to be available may be out of stock. If an item on your order is out of stock, we will contact you as soon as possible and give you the option to swap for a different item, or refund the missing item. Please note that while we are waiting for your reply it delays the dispatch of your order, so if we do not hear from you within 48 hours of us contacting you we will refund the missing item and proceed to sending remaining order.

During sale time you order will be sent without the missing item and that product price refunded to you.



One coupon code per customer can be applied per purchase. Combination of coupon codes are not accepted and we reserve the right to refund the order where multiple codes have been used (unless prior discuss with He and Her has approved this action)
