When will my order be shipped? We ship all orders within 2 working days of order receipt
Who do you ship with? We use Sendle which is a third party courier service. They will deliver your order to your door with a smile their face! We send all our packages with signature required as an extra delivery safety precaution. Plus, they're 100% carbon neutral!
Where do you ship to? We ship nationally and internationally. We are currently offering $5 flat rate within Australia, a $15 flat rate for New Zealand deliveries, and a $25 flat rate for international shipping.
Do you send to PO boxes? Couriers do not deliver to PO Boxes. If a PO box is your only receipt option we will send your order via Australia Post.
Where do I find my tracking number? Once your order has been shipped, you will be emailed a shipment notification which will include your tracking number. Track Sendle shipments HERE
My parcel hasn’t arrived yet? Definitely don't start worrying, but do start tracking. Use your tracking number to search your parcels whereabouts. If you have tracked it and its still MIA, contact us with your order number & tracking number and we will get onto it for you!
An item I need is out of stock? Please fill out the 'Notify me' box on the product if it is out of stock and we will contact you when the item has been re-stocked.

I'd like to make a return for refund or exchange. It's so frustrating to receive your order only to discover that it doesn't fit, that it's not exactly what you thought, or there is another issue with your purchase. Please see our Refund Policy for more information and instructions on how to action a return within 30 days of order receipt.
What payment methods do you accept? We accept Paypal or Credit Card.
What currency are your prices in? All prices are in AUD (Australian Dollars) and are subject to change without notice.
